- Slice a cups worth of bananas and place in the freezer the night before making the shamrock shake.
- Add 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk to a blender. Then add frozen bananas, vanilla extract or powder, maple syrup, spinach, and peppermint extract. Blend until smooth. (If your blender is struggling to blend, let sit for a few minutes until bananas are softer.)
- If refined sugar free chocolate chips are desired, add and blend until the chocolate chips are finely chopped. Pour into a glass and enjoy.

More spinach can be added to make the shake greener. Be careful not to add too much spinach as it can make the shake more bitter.
