Method
- Rinse endive heads. Cut ends and place individual pieces on a plate.
- Peel a grapefruit and remove the membranes. Arrange flesh pieces on top of the endive.
- Pour dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
- Sprinkle walnuts around entire salad.
