Grapefruit Endive Salad

Simple and elegant, made with Belgian endive, grapefruit and walnuts.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Belgian endive heads
  • 1 grapefruit
  • 2 tbsp raw walnuts
  • 2 tbsp white wine vinaigrette

Method
 

  1. Rinse endive heads. Cut ends and place individual pieces on a plate.
  2. Peel a grapefruit and remove the membranes. Arrange flesh pieces on top of the endive.
  3. Pour dressing evenly over the top of the salad.
  4. Sprinkle walnuts around entire salad.
