Bacon Lettuce Tomato Bowl

- 2 cups iceberg lettuce shredded
- 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes
- 3 pieces uncured bacon nitrate free
- 1/2 avocado cubed
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise avocado oil based or click link for homemade
- salt and pepper
Heat pan on medium heat. Cut bacon into pieces and place in pan. Cook until brown and crispy. Place on a plate or paper towel to cool.
Shred iceberg lettuce in a food processor, or very finely chop.
Rinse and dry tomatoes. Cut 1/2 an avocado into small chunks.
Add mayonnaise to the shredded lettuce and stir until mixed. Add the tomatoes, some salt and pepper, and stir again. Pour into a serving bowl.
Add the avocado and bacon on the top. Serve immediately.
