Easy Garlic White Bean Dip

Gluten Free ~ Not Paleo
Because this recipe is made with cannellini beans, it is not considered paleo. Beans are not acceptable on a paleo diet. If you are not strictly paleo, this is a delicious gluten free appetizer or snack filled with garlic flavor.
Another benefit of this recipe is that it is quick and easy to make. The first step is to combine the oil, salt, garlic, beans, and thyme and bake it in the oven.

Once the beans have baked for several minutes, put them in a food processor. Add the additional oil and salt, along with a tablespoon of lemon juice. Blend until the bean dip is smooth.

And that’s it! It’s that easy. Pour into a dish and serve with your favorite vegetables. Carrots, celery, daikon, cucumbers, cauliflower, and peppers are all great options. Enjoy!
