  • 4 peaches
  • 1 batch coconut milk whipped cream (click link for recipe)
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Make the whipped cream recipe (see link above). Add ground cinnamon to the whipped cream and mix until blended.
  2. Cut up peaches and place in 4 bowls. Add large dollops of cinnamon whipped cream to each bowl.

Notes

The cut up peaches typically do not store well in the refrigerator, so it is best to this eat immediately. If there is leftover whipped cream, this can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Just whisk for a few seconds to make it light and fluffy prior to use.
