How to Make Lemon Juice Apple Cider Vinegar and Honey Sparkling Beverage

To make this drink, simply combine lemon juice (freshly squeezed is best but bottled works too) and apple cider vinegar in a glass. Add honey and quickly stir or whisk until dissolved. Once dissolved, add sparkling water and stir. And that's it! Enjoy!

 

*Please note that acidic foods can be wearing on tooth enamel. It's best to limit acidic foods if there are concerns with enamel health.

  • 3 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed or bottled
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar organic and unfiltered
  • 1 tsp honey see notes
  • 1 cup sparkling water

Method
 

  1. Pour lemon juice and apple cider vinegar in a glass. Add honey and stir or whisk to dissolve. Add sparkling water and stir.

    Been a type 1 diabetic most of my life, slightly over weight and had gall bladder issues. I make this mixture by the gallons and add a quart of boiled ginger water in it. Seems to help my health issues without any side effects. Ok maybe the weight loss.
